Pennsylvania SB76 amends the Medical Marijuana Act to permit patients aged 21 and older, who have been residents for at least 30 days, to grow up to six cannabis plants for personal use. Cultivation must occur in an enclosed, locked space on residential property, either owned by the patient or with the property owner's consent. Patients can purchase seeds from a dispensary but cannot share them. Plants must be kept out of public view and can only be tended by the patient or their caregiver if the patient is physically unable to do so.
