Pennsylvania SB702 prohibits telemedicine for prescribing medications with FDA risk evaluation and mitigation strategies.

Pennsylvania SB702 amends Title 35 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to prohibit health care providers from using telemedicine to prescribe medications for which the United States Food and Drug Administration has issued a risk evaluation and mitigation strategy.
