Pennsylvania SB683 amends Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to establish offenses for trespassing and vandalism at critical infrastructure facilities. A person commits a misdemeanor if they knowingly trespass or enter a critical infrastructure facility without permission. The bill also creates a felony offense for willfully damaging, destroying, vandalizing, defacing, or tampering with equipment in a critical infrastructure facility. Penalties include fines and imprisonment.
