Pennsylvania SB563 provides an additional monthly supplemental annuity to eligible benefit recipients starting July 1, 2025.

Pennsylvania SB563 amends the state's statutes to provide an additional monthly supplemental annuity to eligible benefit recipients starting with the first monthly annuity payment after July 1, 2025. This supplemental annuity is in addition to existing supplemental annuities and is payable under the same terms and conditions as the option plan in effect as of July 1, 2025. The amount of the supplemental annuity is determined by a percentage based on the most recent effective date of retirement, ranging from 10% to 20%.
