Pennsylvania SB555 amends the oaths for judges, inspectors, clerks, and machine inspectors of elections.

Pennsylvania SB555 amends the Pennsylvania Election Code to revise the oaths taken by judges, inspectors, clerks, and machine inspectors of elections. Each official must swear to attend the election, perform their duties impartially and faithfully, and not engage in any betting on the election outcome. The act will take effect in 60 days.
