Pennsylvania SB553 amends the Regulatory Review Act to establish procedures for subsequent review of disapproved final-form or final-omitted regulations. The bill details the process for the General Assembly to adopt a concurrent resolution to disapprove a regulation, which must be presented to the Governor. If the Governor does not return the resolution within ten days, it is deemed approved. If the Governor vetoes the resolution, the General Assembly can override the veto with a two-thirds vote in each house.
