Pennsylvania SB539 amends transportation network company driver requirements, including residency and license history.

Pennsylvania SB539 amends the qualifications for transportation network company drivers. It requires drivers to be Pennsylvania residents and possess a valid driver's license for at least one year. Drivers must be at least 21 years old, have no more than three moving violations or one major violation in the past three years, and not have had a limousine or taxi driver certificate suspended or revoked due to a regulatory violation within the past five years.
