Pennsylvania SB519 amends the Liquor Code to modify sales practices by Pennsylvania Liquor Stores. The bill allows the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board to sell liquors at wholesale prices to licensed entities such as hotels, restaurants, and clubs. It also permits the board to sell at special prices to U.S. Armed Forces facilities on military installations. The board can offer discounts to certain customers and may contract for delivery services. The act takes effect 60 days after enactment.
