Pennsylvania SB515 amends the Local Option Small Games of Chance Act to require licensed organizations to accept cash for games of chance and allows.

Pennsylvania SB515 amends the Local Option Small Games of Chance Act by adding a new section on payment methods. Licensed eligible organizations must accept cash for games of chance and may accept debit cards. These organizations can set their own policies on accepting checks, money orders, and debit cards but are not required to accept them. The bill also abrogates inconsistent provisions in the Pennsylvania Code. This act will take effect 60 days after its passage.
