Pennsylvania SB465 amends the Local Option Small Games of Chance Act to change how proceeds from games of chance are distributed for club licensees. Specifically, at least 50% of the proceeds must be paid for public interest purposes within one year of the end of the calendar year in which the proceeds were obtained. Additionally, club licensees may retain no more than 50% of the proceeds obtained in a calendar year. This change applies to calendar years commencing after December 31, 2025.
