Pennsylvania SB463 authorizes Pennsylvania schools to provide or sell Pennsylvania milk.

Pennsylvania SB463, known as the Whole Milk in Pennsylvania Schools Act, allows Pennsylvania schools to offer or sell Pennsylvania milk. Pennsylvania milk is defined as raw milk produced by cows within the state's boundaries, processed into fluid milk for consumer distribution. The school board or other governing entity may use state or local funds to obtain whole or reduced fat Pennsylvania milk for sale in schools.
