Pennsylvania SB451 mandates disclosure of the dollar amount paid for taxpayer-funded advertising and public notices in newspapers.

Pennsylvania SB451 amends Title 45 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to require that advertisements, legal advertisements, official advertisements, or legal notices published in newspapers under certain acts include the dollar amount paid by the advertiser in the lower right-hand corner. The bill prohibits publishers from charging an additional fee for this disclosure.
