Pennsylvania SB414 amends vehicle registration laws to allow legislative district offices and authorized organizations to issue temporary disability.

Pennsylvania SB414 amends Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to allow legislative district offices and authorized organizations to issue temporary disability parking placards. The bill defines "authorized organization" as a nationally recognized nonprofit, not-for-profit, or private business authorized as an online messenger with the department. The application for a temporary disability parking placard must include a statement signed by the individual asserting they meet the qualifications.
