Pennsylvania SB398 amends the Local Option Small Games of Chance Act to permit fire companies with a valid small games of chance license to hold online raffles. These raffles can only be purchased using a debit or credit card, and a fire company is limited to conducting no more than two such raffles annually. This provision will expire on December 31, 2026.
