Pennsylvania Turnpike-to-Port Freight Reimbursement Act establishes a reimbursement fund for companies transporting goods to the Port of Philadelphia.

The Pennsylvania Turnpike-to-Port Freight Reimbursement Act establishes the Pennsylvania Turnpike-to-Port Freight Reimbursement Fund to reimburse companies for tolls paid on the Pennsylvania Turnpike when transporting products to the Port of Philadelphia for shipping. Companies eligible for reimbursement must either be a licensee of the Pennsylvania Preferred® trademark or meet specific criteria, including having a physical headquarters in Pennsylvania, being registered with the Department of State, growing or manufacturing products in the state, and using the turnpike for shipping purposes.
