Pennsylvania SB377 amends Title 62 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to require that contracts for information technology procurement meet National Institute of Standards and Technology guidelines or industry best practices. This applies to endpoint devices, defined as any Internet-capable computer hardware on a TCP/IP network. The act takes effect 60 days after its passage.
