Pennsylvania SB376 prohibits downloading or accessing TikTok on state-owned devices and networks.

Pennsylvania SB376 amends Title 71 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to prohibit downloading or installing TikTok or any successor application developed by ByteDance Limited on state-owned electronic devices within three months of the act's effective date. It also prohibits accessing such applications on state wireless networks. The prohibition does not apply to individuals engaged in law enforcement activities, security interests, security research, or risk mitigation actions. The act takes effect 60 days after enactment.
