Pennsylvania SB32 limits actions to collect fines from automated red light enforcement in first class cities to 10 years.

Pennsylvania SB32 amends Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to add a section establishing a 10-year limit for initiating actions to collect fines, penalties, costs, or fees from notices of violation or citation issued under automated red light enforcement systems or specific powers of department and local authorities in first class cities. This act applies to any civil action or proceeding and takes effect in 60 days.
