Pennsylvania SB275 mandates electronic posting of certain expenses by the Senate and House of Representatives.

Pennsylvania SB275 amends existing law to require the Chief Clerk of the Senate, the Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives, and the comptroller of the House of Representatives to publish quarterly lists of specific expenses on a publicly accessible website. These expenses include per diems, travel allowances, meals, lodging, equipment, district and capitol office expenses, official expenses, special expenses, and miscellaneous expenses of standing and special committees.
