Pennsylvania SB267 amends the Pennsylvania Construction Code Act to exempt certain structures from its requirements. Specifically, it excludes temporary structures used for fairs, flea markets, arts and crafts festivals, or other public celebrations, provided they are less than 1,600 square feet, erected for less than 30 days, and not a swimming pool, spa, or hot tub.
