Pennsylvania SB265 amends Title 4 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to prohibit credit card payments for fantasy contests, iLottery, interactive gaming, and sports wagering. Specifically, licensed operators cannot accept credit cards for funding fantasy contest accounts or iLottery purchases. The Pennsylvania Lottery Department is restricted from accepting credit cards for iLottery games. Interactive gaming account credits, debits, and deposits must follow board regulations, and credit card payments are prohibited.
