Pennsylvania SB263 amends the Clean Indoor Air Act to redefine "smoking" to include the carrying by a person of a lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe, or other lighted smoking device, including an electronic cigarette. The bill also modifies smoking area regulations in gaming facilities, allowing a designated smoking area of up to 50% of the gaming floor. Licensed facilities can request a report from the Department of Revenue analyzing gross terminal revenue per slot machine unit.
