Pennsylvania SB26 amends the State Lottery Law to adjust the percentage of lottery revenues dedicated to property tax relief and transit services for.

Pennsylvania SB26 modifies the State Lottery Law by changing the percentage of lottery revenues allocated to property tax relief and free or reduced fare transit services for the elderly. For fiscal years starting before July 1, 2014, at least 27% of lottery revenues must be dedicated. For fiscal years starting after June 30, 2014, and ending June 30, 2019, at least 25% must be dedicated. For fiscal years starting after June 30, 2019, and ending June 30, 2029, at least 20% must be dedicated. For fiscal years starting after June 30, 2029, at least 25% must be dedicated.
