Expunges citations for COVID-19 protocol violations issued to retail licensees by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.

Pennsylvania SB241 amends the Liquor Code to allow for the expungement of citations issued to retail licensees for failing to comply with COVID-19 protocols during the Governor's Proclamation of Disaster Emergency. The expungement applies to citations issued by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board or the enforcement bureau. The expungement process is free for the retail licensee and must be completed within 30 days of the act's effective date. The board or enforcement bureau must also notify the retail licensee of the expungement.
