Pennsylvania SB232 amends the state's fishing license provisions to provide free lifetime licenses for disabled veterans with certain disabilities and those who lost limbs or are totally blind. It also provides free annual licenses for disabled veterans with a 100% disability rating and former prisoners of war. Additionally, it offers free annual licenses to deployed Pennsylvania National Guard members and those released from reserve component service due to injury or disease. The bill repeals the provision for issuing free annual licenses to reserve component members of the armed forces.
