Pennsylvania SB226 amends the Right-to-Know Law to redefine "State-affiliated entity" to include Commonwealth authorities and entities such as the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency, Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, and others. The definition excludes State-related institutions. This act will take effect in 60 days.
