Pennsylvania SB215 exempts certain engineering and land surveying work from licensure and registration.

Pennsylvania SB215 amends the Engineer, Land Surveyor and Geologist Registration Law to exempt from licensure and registration the practice of engineering or land surveying by regular employees, contractors, or agents of providers of cable, voice over Internet protocol, broadband Internet access, enhanced telecommunications, or telecommunications services, if those services are not connected with or incidental to engineering, land surveying, or geology services rendered by the provider.
