Pennsylvania SB205 amends Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to allocate $5,000,000 annually from the Motor License Fund for supplemental funding for municipal highway maintenance. This funding can be used for the construction and maintenance of bridges owned by municipalities in the county. Additionally, the bill imposes an extra 55 mills tax on all liquid fuels to support highway maintenance and construction. The changes take effect on July 1, 2025, or immediately, whichever is later.
