Pennsylvania SB203 modifies the state's vehicle registration laws to expand the exemption for farm vehicles. The bill allows farm vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating not exceeding 10,000 pounds to be driven on highways without registration. It also extends the exemption to farm vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating of greater than 10,000 pounds but not exceeding 17,000 pounds, provided they are driven between specified locations and during certain hours.
