Pennsylvania SB194 amends Titles 45 and 65 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to allow local government units to use trade publications and internet websites for legal advertising. It requires these units to adopt a resolution and notify the public of the change. The bill also mandates that local government units retain copies of advertisements for at least three years.
