Pennsylvania SB150 amends the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act to prohibit discrimination in employment, housing, and public accommodations based on race, color, familial status, religious creed, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, handicap or disability, or use of guide or support animals. The bill also protects the right to freedom from discrimination in employment, housing, and public accommodation. It defines unlawful discriminatory practices and prohibits certain real estate practices.
