Pennsylvania SB144 provides compensation to veterans who served in the Global War on Terrorism and their beneficiaries.

Pennsylvania SB144 provides compensation to veterans who served in the Global War on Terrorism and their beneficiaries. Compensation is payable to veterans who were legal residents of Pennsylvania at the time of service and either remain residents or return after service. Compensation is also payable to beneficiaries of deceased veterans who were legal residents of Pennsylvania at the time of death. Compensation is not payable to those separated under other than honorable conditions or who renounced U.S. citizenship.
