Pennsylvania SB1368, known as the Stopping Harmful Image Exploitation and Likeness Deception Act, prohibits the offering of nudification applications on online marketplaces. It defines "nudification application" as one that uses artificial intelligence to create realistic depictions of individuals in states of nudity. The act requires online marketplaces to remove or disable access to such applications within five days of receiving notice.
