Pennsylvania SB1355 amends Title 51 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to establish a pilot program for awarding grants to eligible entities. The Pennsylvania Department of Military Affairs, in consultation with the Department of Health, will select one entity each from the eastern, central, and western regions of the state.
