Pennsylvania SB1352 amends the Human Services Code to allow the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs to issue two-year licenses to providers who meet certain conditions. These conditions include having a license in good standing for at least two years, receiving current multiyear accreditation from a national organization, and agreeing to a single inspection for the two-year period. The inspection must be equivalent to a standard one-year inspection. If a provider loses accreditation, they must notify the department within 14 days or face standard licensure requirements.
