Pennsylvania SB1325 amends the Public School Code of 1949 to ensure that charter school students receive free transportation under the same terms and conditions as public school students. This includes the mode of transportation and liability insurance. Districts providing transportation to charter schools, whether within or outside the district, are eligible for payments under section 2509.3 for each public school student transported.
