SB1313

In hunting and furtaking licenses, providing for Native Pennsylvanian Annual License; and imposing penalties.

Chamber Passed·6/9/26

Pennsylvania SB1313 establishes a Native Pennsylvanian Annual License for hunting and furtaking.

Pennsylvania SB1313 amends the state's hunting and furtaking laws by introducing a Native Pennsylvanian Annual License. This license is available to nonresidents who were born in Pennsylvania or have a living parent or former guardian residing in the state. The license costs the same as a resident license and offers the same benefits, excluding lifetime licenses. Applicants must provide proof of birth or parental residency and a valid photo ID. The new license does not affect eligibility for resident hunter's licenses.
