Pennsylvania SB129 amends Title 51 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to establish an advisory council for each veterans' home operated by the Commonwealth. Each council will consist of 15 members, including appointees from the Governor, General Assembly, and current residents of the veterans' home.
