Pennsylvania SB1274 amends the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act to refine definitions related to hemp and hemp-derived cannabinoid products. It also provides an exemption for the growth, processing, manufacture, acquisition, transportation, sale, dispensing, distribution, possession, and consumption of marijuana derived from a medical marijuana organization or under the medical marijuana program.
