Pennsylvania SB1207 amends Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to provide for special registration plates for recipients of the Presidential Service Badge and the Vice Presidential Service Badge. Recipients must apply for these plates, accompanied by a fee of $28 in addition to the registration fee and required documentation. These special plates can only be used on passenger cars or trucks with a registered gross weight of up to 14,000 pounds. The act will take effect 120 days after its enactment.
