Pennsylvania SB1198 amends the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act to redefine "public utility" to exclude electric distribution companies and to define "underground infrastructure work" as construction, reconstruction, demolition, alteration, or repair work related to an underground system of distribution, conveyance, transmission, diversion, collection, treatment, or storage owned, used, or maintained by a public utility. This act takes effect in 60 days.
