Pennsylvania SB1146 amends Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to create a Flagship Niagara commemorative registration plate. The Department of Transportation, in consultation with the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission, will issue the plate upon application and a $45 fee, in addition to the standard registration fee. The $15 portion of this fee will be deposited into the Flagship Niagara Account within the Historical Preservation Fund, managed by the Commission, to support the preservation and maintenance of the Flagship Niagara.
