Pennsylvania SB1135 allows the use of hemp in commercial animal feed.

Pennsylvania SB1135 amends Title 3 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to permit the use of industrial hemp in commercial animal feed. The bill defines "commercial feed" and "industrial hemp," and assigns duties to the Department of Agriculture. These duties include implementing the chapter, regulating the labeling and testing of industrial hemp and hemp seeds, and establishing recordkeeping requirements. The act will take effect 60 days after enactment.
