Pennsylvania SB1130 amends the Public Utility Confidential Security Information Disclosure Protection Act to allow agencies to disclose confidential security information for construction, renovation, or remodeling work on public buildings or projects. This disclosure must occur after notification and consultation with the public utility. Such disclosures do not constitute prohibited disclosure under the act and do not result in the records becoming public. The act takes effect in 60 days.
