Pennsylvania SB1110 amends Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to introduce special registration plates for individuals with autism spectrum disorder. The Department of Transportation must design these plates within 60 days of the act's effective date, featuring the phrase "Autistic/Neurodivergent." The plates are applicable to passenger cars or trucks with a registered gross weight of not more than 14,000 pounds.
