Pennsylvania SB1104 amends the Pennsylvania Election Code to adjust the deadlines for pre-election reports by candidates and political committees. It mandates that these reports must be filed by the sixth Tuesday before an election for the initial report and by the second Friday before an election for subsequent reports. The initial report must be complete 50 days prior to the election, and the subsequent report must be complete 15 days prior.
