Pennsylvania SB110 amends the Emergency and Law Enforcement Personnel Death Benefits Act to expand eligibility for death benefits. The bill includes firefighters, ambulance service or rescue squad members, law enforcement officers, certified hazardous material response team members, Pennsylvania Civil Air Patrol members, and National Guard members who die as a result of injuries sustained in the line of duty.
