Pennsylvania SB104, known as the Office of Inspector General Complement Increase Act, creates a pilot program to enhance the Office of Inspector General's staff by at least 50% to investigate fraud, waste, misconduct, and abuse claims from the Department of Human Services and the Department of Health. The program will run for at least two years, contingent on sufficient funding.
