Pennsylvania SB1020 amends Title 34 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to provide for resident license and fee exemptions for disabled veterans. Specifically, it offers free regular hunting or furtaking licenses to residents with a 100% disability rating. Additionally, it provides a $1 resident hunting or furtaking license to disabled veterans with a disability rating between 60% and 99%.
