Chamber Passed·5/6/25

Pennsylvania HB993 establishes a veteran-owned business logotype and requires an annual report on its use.

Pennsylvania HB993 amends Title 51 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to create a veteran-owned business logotype. The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs must develop this logotype within 30 days of the act's effective date. The logotype is intended for use by businesses where at least 51% of the ownership is held by a veteran. The department will also develop an application process and eligibility criteria, which will be available on its website.
